Refund & Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment
All reservations require a valid credit card on file. Full payment or a deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Services (Airport Transfers, Point‑to‑Point, Hourly Charters)
- 100% refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 12–24 hours before pickup.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or for no‑shows.
- Premium & Specialty Services (Weddings, Proms, Corporate Events)
- 50% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event.
No Show Policy
A reservation is considered a no‑show if the passenger is not present at the pickup location 15 minutes after the scheduled time (30 minutes for airport pickups).
- No‑shows are non‑refundable.
- Additional wait time may be accommodated upon request and billed at the standard hourly rate.
Delays & Rescheduling
CORE CONCIERGE understands that travel plans can change.
- Rescheduling is complimentary when requested at least 12 hours before pickup.
- Requests made within 12 hours are subject to availability and may incur a change fee.
- Delayed flights will NOT incur additional charges
Special Events
From concerts and sporting events to proms and graduations, we provide reliable and safe transportation for all types of special events. Our drivers are experienced in handling large crowds and getting you to your destination on time.
Service Interruptions
If CORE CONCIERGE must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle malfunction, severe weather, safety concerns):
- Clients will receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling, whichever they prefer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the client’s financial institution.
Damage & Cleaning Fees
If a vehicle sustains damage or requires excessive cleaning due to client actions, additional fees will be charged. These fees are non‑refundable.
Satisfaction Guarantee
CORE CONCIERGE is committed to delivering a luxury‑level experience. If service quality concerns arise, clients may contact our Concierge Support Team within 48 hours of service completion for review and resolution.
